The have a dedicated discord server and active staff to assist if you have any issues, I had a problem with accessing my pass certificate and was helped very quickly with my issue resolved.

I've only heard good thing about them from other traders and was also told they have the fastest pay-out of any prop firm.
I currently trade using the gooey platform that I setup by accident instead of MT5 and I find it a little difficult to trade on but I'm getting used to it.

Really happy with my experience with Hola Prime so far. The process has been straightforward, the rules are clear and the support has been excellent whenever I've needed it. I will hopefully be eligible for a payout soon I believe it will be very straightforward. Definitely a prop firm I'd recommend to other traders looking for a good environment to trade in. 📈

The trading conditions are very well suited to my trading style, and I’ve found the customer service team to be consistently helpful and responsive. I also really appreciate the great promotions and opportunities that Hola Prime offers its traders.
There’s not much I dislike about Hola Prime. If anything, I’d say the payouts could be a little faster… maybe 30 seconds would be nice! 😂

Resumen
Hola Prime is one of the worst prop firms I have ever dealt with. Please stay away from this firm until cases like mine are properly addressed. I had a $100K 2-Step funded account. After becoming funded, I started trading and generated more than $5,000 in profit. Then Hola Prime emailed me saying that they had deducted my profit and reset my account. I sent them multiple emails asking for a clear reason, but they never provided a proper explanation. I started trading again. On the first day, I made around $1,400 profit, but afterward my account went into a drawdown and dropped from $100K to around $97K. I then continued trading and made approximately $1,400 profit on the first day, $1,000 the next day, and $1,947 the following day. My account eventually recovered to around $100,123. Today, I made another $726 profit, closed my trades, and was waiting for a good setup before taking another trade. However, Hola Prime immediately emailed me saying that my account had been breached due to “profit trading.” I genuinely want to understand: What exactly did I do wrong? I did not take high-risk trades, I did not gamble, and I was not risking excessively. If a trader cannot make even 1–2% profit while following the rules, then what is the purpose of a funded account? I repeatedly requested Hola Prime by email to review my case and reconsider their decision, but they keep giving me the same response: “We cannot change our decision.” They have not properly addressed my evidence or explained exactly how my trading violated their rules. I am not asking for special treatment. I am simply asking for a fair and transparent review of my account and the evidence.

Dear Sulman, Thank you for sharing your concerns. We understand your request for clarification and would like to address the reason for the action taken on your account. The action on your account was based on the trading behaviour falling under our published Prohibited Trading Practices, identified by our Risk Team during the review. During the trading cycle, the review identified a repeated pattern of speculative and gambling-style trading, where a significant portion of the account’s overall profitability was dependent on isolated trading outcomes. In particular, one XAUUSD trade accounted for approximately 228.95% of the net profit earned during the current trading cycle. Under our Prohibited Trading Practices, trading activity is expected to demonstrate consistent profitability across a meaningful number of trades. Where more than 60% of an account’s overall profit is generated from a single trade idea, trading session, or isolated outcome, the activity may be classified as speculative trading. In this case, the trading pattern identified during the review met the criteria outlined under this policy. Additionally, this was not the first time similar concerns had been identified on the account. Following the previous review, the account was rebalanced as a one-time risk-management measure, with a clear warning that continuation of similar trading behaviour could result in a hard breach. The review considered the overall trading pattern across the account. We acknowledge that you may disagree with the assessment; however, these reviews are conducted in accordance with our applicable trading rules and Prohibited Trading Practices and are applied consistently across accounts.
