I purchased a $5,000 challenge, successfully passed all evaluation phases, received my funded account, and made approximately $450 (9%) in profit over 12 days. Just two days before I became eligible for my first payout, my funded account was unexpectedly closed. I honestly do not understand this decision. Dear Mohamed, Thank you for taking the time to share your concerns. We understand that you continue to disagree with the outcome of your account review. However, we would like to clarify that this matter has already been comprehensively reviewed on multiple occasions, including the concerns and evidence raised in your previous communications. Following each review, the outcome remained consistent and the original decision was upheld. Your account was breached under our 2% Risk Per Trade Idea Rule. During the review of the relevant XAUUSD trade, it was confirmed that no active Stop Loss was in place. Under our risk management framework, an active Stop Loss is required to establish defined maximum potential risk for a trade. Where no active Stop Loss is present, the trade cannot be considered to have a defined risk within the permitted parameters. We understand your request for detailed server-side or audit logs and we have shared a more detailed explaination with you. Based on a thorough review, we confirm the trade opened on 21st July 2026 and initially a Stop Loss was placed on this trade, multiple modifications also took place. However, at a later stage, the Stop Loss was removed and the trade remained open till 05:08 violating the 2% risk rule and condition of mandatory stop loss placement for a defined risk. Specific internal server logs, execution records are not available for disclosure to clients and you can check the trades history on the client dashboard or trading platfirm. The assessment was conducted using the relevant trading and execution data available to our Risk Team, and the determination was made following a comprehensive review of the account activity. The 2% Risk Per Trade Idea Rule, including the requirement to maintain defined risk through an active Stop Loss, is clearly outlined in our Trading Rules and is applied consistently across accounts. As this matter has already undergone multiple reviews and the decision has remained unchanged following those reviews, there is no further review or resolution available in relation to this case. The breach therefore remains valid and the decision is final. We appreciate that this may not be the outcome you were hoping for, but we hope this clarifies our position. El challenge de 2 pasos está bien, pero la consistencia del 40% que se requiere en el pay on demand, realmente necesitan trabajar en eso, y el riesgo del 2% por trade no favorece las estrategias de otras personas, pero las reglas de news trading están bien. El precio de la cuenta también es bueno, especialmente porque la comunidad Discord es muy activa. Sus reglas no son claras, tienen reglas ocultas.
