Alpha Capital has one of the best $10K accounts for just $40 — it genuinely helped me turn $40 into $1.1K. I passed my account and got funded, and with their on-demand payouts, I was able to request my first payout just 4 trading days after passing. Since it was my first payout, I had to complete a risk interview. I requested my payout on Monday, had the interview on Wednesday, and received the money in my bank the very same day I passed — which honestly exceeded my expectations. The whole process was simple, fast, and smooth. On top of that, their customer service is amazing. Anytime I’ve had questions, they’ve been quick to respond and genuinely helpful. They’re also very active on Discord, so support is fast and accessible — it never feels like you’re left to figure everything out on your own. By far my favourite firm!

I’ve been with Alpha Capital Group for around 4 years and, until this situation, I genuinely considered them one of the best prop firms I had dealt with. Over those 4 years I have spent upwards of £30,000 with ACG. I have previously received 3 payouts from them without any issues, completed their risk interview, and was trading under their 1% risk group. I have also recommended ACG to other traders and defended the company when people criticised them. A few months ago I even attended the Prop Firm Expo in London to see ACG in person because I genuinely trusted the company. Unfortunately, my experience has completely changed. I requested my latest payout on Tuesday 15 September 2026. The payout then went under review and I was repeatedly told that it had been escalated/was being reviewed. After several business days, instead of receiving the payout, I received an email stating that my partnership with ACG was being terminated due to what they described as a “critical security matter.” ACG said their CID (Device Identification) system had detected 9 different device identifiers associated with my account which were also allegedly used to access 2 other ACG customer accounts. I completely dispute the allegation. I have only ever accessed my ACG MT5 account from my own personal iPhone. I have never knowingly accessed, managed or traded another person’s ACG account, and I have never knowingly given anyone access to mine. I do not recognise the other accounts mentioned in their email and I have never knowingly participated in account management, group trading or anything similar. What I find particularly difficult to understand is how 9 different CID/device identifiers can supposedly be associated with my account when I have only used my personal iPhone to access ACG MT5. I have therefore asked ACG some very straightforward questions: • What exactly do these 9 CID/device identifiers represent? • Do 9 CIDs necessarily mean 9 separate physical devices? • Can multiple CIDs be generated from one physical device, operating system or MT5 installation? • What are the dates and timestamps of the alleged access? • What IP/session information is associated with the alleged activity? • Most importantly, what evidence do they have that I personally accessed, managed or traded the other accounts? I have formally disputed the decision and asked for the matter to be properly investigated. I have also submitted a formal Subject Access Request asking for the personal data and technical information relating to the investigation, including the CID/device information, relevant activity records and information concerning the alleged associations. I am not claiming that ACG’s system is definitely wrong. I am asking them to explain exactly what their system detected and how that technical information establishes that I personally committed account management. I’ve also found other public customer reports describing CID, Computer ID, device and IP-related disputes with ACG. Those are individual customer accounts and I cannot independently verify all of their claims, but the similarities are concerning enough that I believe the technical basis of these investigations deserves proper explanation. What makes this especially disappointing for me is the history I have with ACG. After around 4 years, £30,000+ spent, 3 previous payouts, a completed risk interview and genuinely recommending the company to other traders, I never expected to find myself in this position. If I had knowingly been managing somebody else’s account, I wouldn’t be fighting to obtain the underlying evidence. I genuinely do not understand how ACG has reached this conclusion and I am asking them to show me. I will update this review if ACG provides further information, resolves the matter or changes its decision. I am not looking for special treatment. I simply want a fair explanation and the evidence behind an allegation that has resulted in my accounts being terminated and my payout being affected. UPDATE: I am continuing to document the situation publicly and will update this review as the matter develops.

Alpha Capital since I started trading with this amazing company back in late 2023 had always been a pleasure of an experience. I would like to update my previous review. After further communication, the situation has been clarified and resolved professionally. What initially seemed like a misunderstanding was addressed, and I appreciate the effort made to handle the matter properly. The support team was responsive during the follow-up, and I’m satisfied with the outcome. Overall, my experience has improved, and I appreciate the professionalism shown in resolving the issue.

The spread is great, customer service is good and the average payout period is about 2 days after the request withdrawal. But there is a rule that i dont quite like about it. The rule is news restrictions, for the news that restrict trading commodities are too many, and even though the news in europe countries also restrict. So it’s difficult to monitor and avoid.
