almost 2 years finished with alpha capital, they did not ever rejected pay out for me ,total 3 payouts , very supportive costumer service . if you trade accordingly alighn with there rules ,they never reject pay out

The interview itself was detailed, but everything asked made sense—it’s clearly designed to confirm that you are the one actually trading the account. As long as that’s the case, there shouldn’t be any issues. I also had a temporary internet connection problem during the interview, and Oliver handled it well, giving me time to reconnect without any pressure. Using the platform has been smooth overall. The dashboard is clean and easy to navigate, with no technical issues on my end. Trading through MT5 has also been seamless, and the spreads are competitive enough to trade comfortably without feeling disadvantaged. For payouts, the process was faster than expected. After completing the interview, Alpha Capital started processing my payout on the same day, even though I was initially told it could take 24–48 hours. That was a positive surprise and shows efficiency on their side. Overall, the experience has been reliable and straightforward. If there’s one suggestion, it would be to keep maintaining this level of transparency and efficiency as the company grows, since consistency is what really builds long-term trust with traders.
