Alpha Capital surely is one of the giants of the industry. I already have 6 payouts with the guys and the 7th one is on its way. Could not recommend them more. Definitely one of the top firms in the space.

I recently had an issue with my payout and contacted their payment team even though the fault is on their side. it takes ages to respond to my query. I had to involve different customer support teams but still, the issue hasn't been resolved, and no response from the team in general. Poor service after a few payouts they start causing problems.

Overall, I’m quite satisfied with Alpha Capital. The only thing that kept me from giving five stars is the number of rules — for my taste, there are simply too many. For example, the requirement of 5 trading days before the first payout feels unnecessary, and you really have to pay close attention to all the rules to avoid breaking anything. Other than that, everything went smoothly. My payout was processed within 2 days, which is great. Overall, definitely one of the better firms out there.

Good propfirm so far, i like user platform and trade execution. No payout rejection so far, overall is a good propfirm to trade so i would recomend for anyone who is starting to trade propfirms.

I have been trading with Alpha Capital since AUG their customer care is top tier. Their trading conditions are a good spread, and execution is excellent, but slippage is not good. Their dashboard is user-friendly, and considering the fact that they offer a variety of trading platforms, such as tradelocker for free is top-tier. they are slowly on processing order after purchase, which is sometimes frustrating, but still i give them 4/5 and i would recommend them to anyone who is interested in a firm with tight spread, fast execution, top customer care and straight-foward rules.
