I have been using ACG since June 2024 so 9 months, I've received 13 payouts totalling 36k, never broke a rule never got a payout denied, just a few delays with a couple payouts but other than that I got no complaints, one of the best prop firms when it comes to spreads and execution speeds

I made my payment easily and was able to get my 2-stage account. The rules are very clear. I have never experienced any rule errors. When you open transactions that are too risky, they send you a warning email without imposing any penalty. I think this is a good thing. I asked for a payout of 2630 dollars. They requested an interview. I did an interview. .And finally they paid my payment. This process took a little long because it came during the New Year's Eve. In general, I did not have any problems. I would gladly recommend it.

So far my experience with ALPHA CAP GROUP has been pretty smooth and painless, customer service is prompt and pay outs don't take too long either, I'm not a fan of the website but not a big deal, they pay out and that's the most important factor
