I have terrible experience with alpha capital group. i was on my 2nd phase of 50k account when on 24 December they blew my account because problem occured on their server. i cleared my 5k evolution phase 1 and two in 22 days with no losing days and over 83% win rate applied for kyc verification and have not received any updates from them in 2 days now their support team is not replying as well are we just wasting our time and money and skills with these propfirms ?

Alpha Capital Group are part of the best prop firm out there, having a good support team, payout to traders on time, got one of the spread on MT5 and a beginner friendly dashboard

alpha capital is a good prop firm overall the one thing that I don't like about them they have a fixed that if you miss the date then you have a wait for the next 14 days to request your paved and everything else is a good day have various payout methods

I managed to secure a 5k funded account with them but unfortunately couldn't get a payout. Their conditions are very good and the customer support is so great. They respond to you in seconds. Definitely worth a try

Alpha Trading Capital is a great firm to trade with, my complain is the account size that isn't raw spread, the spread is much I think it's to make traders purchase the raw spread account that offers commissions, other than that, they are great.

Also read the 1-star Reviews on Trustpilot, and you will find no less thatn 6+ Traders that was banned for the same reason ??? ACG - Finally showed their true intentions. I won a free 5k last year when they gave 75k accounts of 5k for free. It took me few months to pass but finally I did and also reached my first payput with Alpha. The customer care is is fast and the trading conditions are perfect. Also the new dashbord is looking good.
