Have had a really great experience so far at Alpha Capital, and was happy to receive my first payout with them a few days ago. Had to do the interview first but was all perfectly fine, I believe this is a good thing. Look forward to keep working with them and would recommebd to anyone.

You are not allowed to use a trade copier if you have a cTrader account. You can't use a cBot in cTrader and the maximum lot rules make no sense. Feels like a 20th century product in the 21st century.

I have passed and failed challenges with this firm. i avoid trading the news so i dont experience any crazy slippage which i havent. their dashboard is a great guide to monitor your account status especially for rules which i think is better than a lot of firms that have a lot so you'd thought you passed but apparently there is a broken rule somewhere. only not so nice experience with them is the time to process a payout and delay of payout as stated in their site.

ACG payout process is very fast, very good for me who doesn't like waiting long, no problem in payout, support always helps if there are problems with payout. Best propfirm I've ever used.

I had won a account last year on occasion of cristmas a 5k account. Since then I have been using Alpha capital and my experience was soo good never seen any problem with my account and support staff is good also I recommend you to at try once if you want good trading environment.

I requested a payout from my account, everything was done legally and within the rules, the payout was rejected due to news trading, my trade was opened at 4:26 p.m. and the news was at 4:20 p.m., so it was outside the prohibited window, they later wrote that it was gambling behavior even though it is outside the prohibited window. The trade is set with 0.5% risk of the entire account, just like the other trades, there is no question of gambling behavior, they just invent a reason not to pay out. Great experience with Alpha capital. Got my issues resolved easily. Their metric analysis is very elaborate and helpful to understand your progress/mistakes.
