Got my second payout with ACG after an interview with William from the risk department. If any of you traders will have an interview with them pray it's William because he is the most friendly and helpful guy you can expect. After the interview I received the payout in 30 minutes. About trading conditions, everything is smooth. Never had any problems with ACG. I’m about to buy a second swing plan account with them. Thanks Alpha and William. Richard

i opened a user with wrong email. and i purchased a 100k challenge. i requested from support to help me fix it . support didn't help me beside linking the challenge to ctrader after ten emails!!! . after passing phase 1 i requested again to link the challenge to a new user that i opened by their request but the didnt do it and now i cant tarde phase 2 . the costumer service is very bad and it takes days to get a respond . . compared to other firms i use they look like a big scammmm. if they link my phase 2 challenge to the new user i created by ...

This firm is the best firm, they have the best rules and managment which a trader is going to be sticking to the rules of trading, and lastly i love they payout section

I needed to inquire about kyc time period and their live chat Ahmed assisted very smoothly and told me it could take up to 2 business days. and also i like how they respond to the live chat quickly keep it up Alpha!!!

they denied my first payout saying that it envolve gambling but i havent trade during the news event. my trade was opened 1h and 55 minute after the news. after all they havent breached my account. I hope this time they check it properly. Thanks

Alpha capital, I must say has a very wild spread on some currency pairs. But has the fastest payout with good customer service. Quick credentials and overall they are good. 😊

3months with ACG, everythings great compare to all other firms out there. Most importantly, as long as you follow the rules, NO PAY DENIALS The trading conditions are far best.

I have pass the step 1 and 2 , and they don't give me the funded account they delayed me for more than 3 week, I speak to support on dashboard, they told me to wait but I wait for 3 weeks, I email them and they are not answering, on time they answered and they told me what is my account number, but all the details i have allready give them in the email that I send.
