Hidden Rules, Contradictory Policies & Denied Payout — Major Red Flag I’ve completed over 40 challenges and received 20+ payouts from AlphaCapital — until now. My recent withdrawal was denied due to a supposed “1% risk rule” that was never clearly disclosed on their main website, during checkout, or on the account dashboard. The only mention came in a help article and a single email that landed in my spam folder. Even more troubling, that same email claimed they had “observed scalping and a tendency towards a gambling-like approach” in my trading — despite immediately contradicting themselves by stating: “Yes, we do allow scalping and we also comprehend that risk is subjective to each strategy.” If scalping is allowed, and I haven’t violated any published rules — including the 5% daily and 10% total drawdown limits — then why are they subjectively deciding my risk management isn’t good enough, after the profits have already been made? This kind of inconsistent and opaque behavior is a massive red flag. It reeks of hidden conditions and selective enforcement Let me be clear: This is the last challenge I will ever buy from AlphaCapital. I’m switching to another Prop Firm, even if it's more expensive — because at least they respect the rules they themselves publish and don’t use vague, after-the-fact judgments to deny payouts. If you're thinking about using AlphaCapital, think twice. These practices damage trader trust and suggest a firm headed in the wrong direction. Avoid the risk — choose transparency over vague subjectivity.

To all real traders – take 2 minutes to read my story When I first started trading with Alpha Capital, everything seemed fine. Although their promised payout time of 48 hours was never once met, I still received my withdrawals. In total, I withdrew over $30,000—but then the problems started. My payouts began getting rejected for various reasons, and my account was "reviewed" three times within 30 days. During each review, my account was locked, and I was unable to trade. A $3,000 payout was wrongly denied due to "news trading". According to their terms and conditions, traders on a PRO account are not allowed to open or close trades two minutes before or after high-impact news. I opened my trade 15 minutes before the news and closed it three minutes after, yet my profits were removed. When I pointed out the official 2-minute rule, I was told that it is at the company's sole discretion and that "news trading" can be extended to a 90-minute window (45 minutes before and 45 minutes after news) instead of just 4 minutes—which is absolutely ridiculous. My next payout of $2,600 was also rejected under the same "news trading" excuse. However, after I clearly proved that my trade was well outside the news window, they eventually paid me—but 10 days late. Again, I was unable to trade for two weeks. Now, my latest $3,500 payout has been flagged. After support ignored my emails for a full week, I asked about it in their Discord server—only to be instantly banned and have my messages deleted. Shortly after, I received an email falsely accusing me of "group trading". As a result, they banned all my accounts and rejected all pending payouts. No real evidence was provided—just a single MT5 screenshot showing another trader taking a similar trade in the same asset. However, their SL, TP, entry, exit, and execution times were all different. With 30,000 traders on the platform, such coincidences are statistically inevitable. I have never violated any rules. To make things worse, all my data was deleted—including proof that I purchased the challenge and all payout requests and records. In my opinion, this is clear data manipulation and shows how this company operates. Fortunately, I have documented everything and will submit my case to the FCA and other financial authorities. This company is NOT interested in profitable traders. Their goal is to collect your fees—but once you become too profitable, they will find any excuse to remove you. I'm not the only one affected—I've already found similar cases from other traders. If you’ve had a similar experience, document everything and report them.

Best firm so far for me! Cheap , they pay on time, tey sort out your issue fairly quick, what else u need? clear rules no hidden bullsh1t. Its my 4th payout with them so far and i get the free account too with the propfirm match deal!
