Also read the 1-star Reviews on Trustpilot, and you will find no less thatn 6+ Traders that was banned for the same reason ??? ACG - Finally showed their true intentions. Banned me after failing KYC - VPN....server connected to multiple IP/country locations..... below - as posted on Trustpilot: ACG has hands down the most complaints about KYC issues... and I found out why.... Being a Trader with ACG for the last year, I have done 2 x KYC check at the beginning of the year (first to qualify for your free 5K account last December and the 2nd when I got my first funded account), and again when I did my Risk interview in September... Last month, whilst waiting for my new funded account, after successfully passing Phase 1 and 2, I found it strange to get another KYC check request. This would be the 4th one this year! After all - on my dashboard profile, my KYC was still green ticked and showed updated and good. Also, I have signed quite a few funded agreements without requiring another KYC?? A week after completing the KYC I received a mail informing me that both my accounts are disabled, my dashboard blocked, and I am banned from ACG. Talk about treating someone like a common scammer and criminal.... I reached out to ACG for clarification, thinking it had to be an error, but no luck. You would not listen to reason or even consider that Veriif might have had the Geolocation IP location wrong due to Dynamic ID, Carrier issues or Routing problems. So there is not much I can do about that, so I looked at the VPN rule that you have also banned so many other traders. My finding: Up until 3 months ago - the VPN rule did not exist. You can reach out to me and Ill send you the screenshots... The screenshot of 22 September shows that the VPN rule still had not been updated (Time-MAchine was used to access old website info) The new amendment was still not made at that time. But if I look on Trustpilot over that time, there will be traders that have already been banned, using this rule. I could find no notification send out to my email, or even posted on Discord informing traders of this new rule - one that will cause me to not only lose my accounts, but have me banned like a scammer?? Why not send rule updates and notifications out? Thats what companies do - they keep their employees up to date.. I will tell you why - This rule was slipped in quietly and you used it to get rid of many traders that paid good money for challenges. The above link, you will find a screenshot where I asked a member of ACG why they would not ensure to remind the trader to deactivate a VPN (if he is using one..) prior to KYC. After all, if you have your trader's best interest at heart - why not put a tick box before the KYC session? His answer - why would a tick box be inserted that helping them cheat and get away with it? I have been with you for 12 months, had multiple accounts and pau outs. Do you expect me to read through FAQ (Frequently asked Questions...) every day to see if there have been updates and new rules you thought out? You don't share crappy new Rule updates with existing traders, you simply make them, slip them in quietly and then wait for that moment you can ban a "scammer". I tried to reach out, but ACG did not want to assist or see reason. You banned me and closed 2 accounts. I asked you about refunds, but you just ignored me. I have previously been scammed my TFT and MFF.. You are now also on that list. You showed your true colors and intentions!! Do not reply with - when you bought the challenge you there was a tick box which states you are familiar with the FAQ..... You used this "new hidden rule" to you advantage - ask the other 60+ traders on Trustpilot...

im glad to share my more than ok and happy experience with Alpha capital group, did not have any issues with payout!! Experience is amoong the best in the industry ! Recomended 100% !!

Alpha Trading Capital is a great firm to trade with, my complain is the account size that isn't raw spread, the spread is much I think it's to make traders purchase the raw spread account that offers commissions, other than that, they are great.

Good experience since being funded with Alpha. Recieved credentials quickly, requested my payout and received it in 48 hours with my bonus aswell. Also customer support is good and quick

Recommended Propfirm, fast and safe payouts, excellent trading conditions. the only negative note is the consistency rule. it is only present in the one-step challenges and in any case well explained. the support is excellent and kind even on the discord. intuitive and easy to use dashboard.

I have passed and failed challenges with this firm. i avoid trading the news so i dont experience any crazy slippage which i havent. their dashboard is a great guide to monitor your account status especially for rules which i think is better than a lot of firms that have a lot so you'd thought you passed but apparently there is a broken rule somewhere. only not so nice experience with them is the time to process a payout and delay of payout as stated in their site.

Alpha Capital Group is a propfirm I will always love to trade with. First the have one of the best trading conditions that is conducive for traders. The have no hidden rules to ensure you either fail the challenge or denied a payout. Their customer care is quite responsive. The only setback with Alpha Capital Group is that after passing phase1 you're going to wait for a week before you're given funded credentials.

Dashboard was awesome, Broker they use nice, Spread very small, Payout was fast, The support was helpful. They give analysis on trading acc for learning trader’s mistake

Alpha capital has the best support, they pulled off the greatest giveaway in prop firm history and survived the numerous questions on their discord, they have the best trading condition and their payout is swift, they just need to work on having direct crypto payment for people in Africa, I believe its also coming in their next update Overall they are one of the best firms out there
