The professionalism and structure. No hidden rules, execution is solid, and the overall system feels very transparent. I also appreciate how disciplined the evaluation process is it really pushes you to trade properly and manage risk seriously.
The profit target during the challenge phase can feel a bit demanding, especially in slower market conditions. But at the same time, it makes passing more rewarding and meaningful.

My first experience with FTMO has been a 2-step $10,000 account. The first thing that I found impressive was the Dashboard area. This was clear, easy to navigate and has the option of dark or light mode. Each step of becoming funded is displayed separately, so your Challenge Phase (Phase 1) and your Verification Phase (Phase 2) has separate 'accounts' with separate credentials for you to trade on. FTMO is an old and trustworthy prop firm. I worked with it quite a lot during the early days of my trading journey, but at that time my trading skills were not strong enough, which is why I breached a few accounts due to poor psychology. Overall, FTMO’s rules are trader-friendly, and it provides a very good and professional environment for traders

The best thing about FTMO is that they have never withheld anyone’s payout, which is why they have earned traders’ trust for such a long time. In addition, their dashboard features and overall system are much better compared to many other firms, and their drawdown rules are quite trader-friendly as well
I do have one or two concerns about FTMO. Even though it has been operating in the prop firm industry for such a long time, it doesn’t offer very attractive promotions for traders. I believe FTMO should introduce better and more reliable discounts on smaller accounts, like 20% or 30% off, similar to other firms, so that more traders are drawn towards it. Secondly, I think they need to improve their support system a bit. I hope that once these improvements are made, FTMO will once again dominate the prop firm industry.
