i passed both phases,was issued funded account,signed the contract. i received email that i hv violated max lot size rule of commodities. i traded metals. i just traded 10 lots, i checked the commodities didn't include metals rather it was a separate group on the website and even on mt5. the allowed lot size for commodities is pathetic i.em 6 lots/200k account. i asked them metals are shown as a separate group and commodities don't show metals in it. they said our decision is final. although metals are shown as a separate group and that we havnt me...

UPDATE: 6 months later I have finally received my payout after the firm reached out to me for my side of the story, they customer support was nice this time and the firm seems like it’s heading to a new horizon, they have promised since the beginning of this year for changes and I am glad to be one of the traders to benefit from the improvements, will be looking forward to try the firm again

I went into instant funding thinking it was another one like the other firms where you fail something small and you just lose, but it proven otherwise, in a day i reached 110$ in profits over a little bit of trades but ended it by blowing the account because i accidentally did a trade on my phone and didnt see it until it autoclosed sadly, but im looking forward to work with instantfunding again and will get my first payout soon.
