I request payout $13099 on march 21 2026 and i get interview and approve on march 24 ,2026 . On 28 march i follow up because no update after approved .i chat with support agent they said my payout already apporve without any issue and Will be sent 24/48 our . After 48 our still no update and also still not receiving my payout . I chat support agent again same answer my payout still processing without any issue . After 48 our i chat support agent again every 2 days . Until April 9 i chat support agent they said my payout already in the finance team ....

This propfirm are outstading for trust. There is no any rules that incriminating their client. The support team was always helpful and reactive to any problem regarding the platfrom, challanges and anything. I am extremely disappointed with The5ers. I purchased a $100K High Stakes account, and everything was going well at the beginning. I even successfully scaled up my account to $125K. I completed many trades consistently from the $100K to $125K stage.
