Overall, my experience with The 5ers High Stakes 2-Step challenge has been great. The trading conditions are fantastic, especially for trading NAS100 and XAU (Gold), with reliable execution and smooth performance. Customer support is very quick and helpful whenever assistance is needed. Additionally, the dashboard is easy to navigate, and the KYC verification process is simple. While the payout process took a bit longer than expected about 15 days in my case but in the end they did successfully pay out . Overall, it is a great prop firm. 9.5/10

The trading experience was very good. This is my first Propfirm Account purchase and I was curious about it. But could not complete the Phase 2 and it got breached.

I got my first ever prop payout in December 2025 on a 5ers 5K account , this was paid under 24hrs and I subsequently have received upto 4 payouts since then to date on an additional 10k as well... I really like the firm's online support, this year there was a delay in payout processing but which was also sorted. Personally I surely rate this firm highly by my experience and working with them .. just recently they introduced a statistical feature on the certificates achievement milestone. Great place for traders 👍🏾

i bought 2.5k account for 2 steps challenge and scaled up to 3.5k. All the details on the dashbord are easy to refer and navigate. it helps a lot to manage my daily and overall loss level. Now, i got my first payout about 500usd and again scale up my accout to 5k account.

I traded with The5ers for around 2 years and completed roughly 16 successful payouts using the same consistent manual strategy the whole time. The problem started only when I requested a $982.47 payout: my account was suddenly placed under a "Risk Management" review, my funded account and a newly purchased High Stakes account were both terminated, and my Discord access was blocked. What concerns me most is that I was given multiple different justifications for the same decision. Each time I responded and refuted one reason, it was dropped and a new, different reason appeared — never once backed by specific trade IDs or an audit log, despite my repeated requests for evidence. The same trading style that was approved and paid ~16 times was suddenly treated as a violation the moment I asked to withdraw. I'm still seeking a written explanation with actual evidence, and either reinstatement or payment of my payout plus a refund of the High Stakes fee. Trading conditions were fine for years, but the payout/verification stage is where things fell apart. I have written proof (screenshots of their own messages) showing the payout was refused and that the justification changed each time I responded. I'm happy to provide this evidence privately to the site's moderators or to anyone from The5ers willing to address it on the record.

I had been funded with The5ers since 2024 and had generated $4,452.50 in total profits prior to my latest payout request. I used my own custom Expert Advisors that I'd developed, on a personal Darwinex demo account, copied to my The5ers account. When I requested a payout, they flagged "coordinated trading". I gave them a full, detailed explanation showing that all accounts were mine, there was no other trader involved, and everything came from my single master Darwinex demo via my own EAs and copier. I even offered multiple times to do a live video call or screenshare to prove it. The5ers completely ignored everything I said and sent a short, vague termination notice. No specific rule was ever cited. They simply took all my $4,452.50 in accrued profits and terminated the account. This was appalling and completely unfair. Other traders using almost the exact same setup have received regular payouts without issue — this is clearly reflected in The5ers Discord and community discussions. Yet I was robbed of my hard-earned profits with almost no explanation. The5ers’ rules around "coordinated trading" are so vague and broad that they can be used to arbitrarily cancel almost any trader they choose. For example, if two of your accounts happen to take similar trades on the same day because they’re running the same strategy, that could suddenly be labelled "coordinated trading". Traders should stay FAR AWAY from The5ers. The risk of working hard, generating profits, and then having everything taken away with little warning is simply too high.

The5ers was the best prop firm I’ve ever worked with. Great support, with quick responses and fast solutions. I would definitely recommend The5ers for these reasons—plus, they offer a career path, which is great for boosting my earnings.
