My honest experience with The5ers I’ve had a genuinely positive experience with The5ers so far. My payout took around 5 days to be processed. It wasn’t instant, but honestly, I don’t think that’s unreasonable. A prop firm has to review trading activity and make sure everything complies with its rules before approving a payout. I actually appreciate the fact that there is a proper risk and verification process. A company needs to manage its risk and operate sustainably, so I don’t expect every payout to be automatically approved without any review. Most importantly, my payout was successfully processed, and the overall experience has been very good. The platform, support and trading conditions have all been positive from my experience. I’m sharing this simply because I think it’s fair to talk about positive experiences too. So far, The5ers has been a good and reliable prop firm for me, and I’m happy to continue trading with them. I’d also like to thank The5ers and especially the Risk Management Team for taking the time to review my case and for handling it fairly and professionally. I appreciate the transparency and the fair assessment of my trading activity.

I won 5k account. I scale it in to 7.5k and almost scale to 10k(155 usd left). very good conditions, but not user friendly interface and a system that min withdrawal is 150$( 3% for 5k account)

I’ve trade The5ers for 2 years and i think I'm right! They have a very strong team to support trader every time we need! Therefore the money we pay for the challenge is acceptable and variety! The payout is also very quick! Perfect Thank The5ers

First of all their Bootcamp or the 3 step evals are very nit recommended, its leverage is very low which is much better buying lower account size, their 2 step and summer plan is best though.

So I got this account with TradingView as my preferred platform of choice thinking I could select 5ers as a broker in the TradingView Brokers page but I was wrong & so I opted for a refund in HUB credit & then repurchased the same account with cTrader as my platform. I asked support for help & they said this was the best way to go about it. I made it through both the phases with ease as the trading conditions were good. & I got the funded account in 3 business days. I did not get the credit for refund on passing the account which 5ers ahs a policy of adding it to the floating equity & we can withdraw it with our first payout. As I (according the the 5ers' system) purchased this account using HUB credits I wasn't eligible to get a refund. So I once again mailed in the same support thread from before when I had changed platforms. I asked the same support agent to issue my refund into my floating equity & they promptly did it, without any complaints. I got my first payout without the refund amount & on the second payout I got it with the refund amount. I also got a surprise email from the Risk team saying my trading practices showcases one sided betting behavior & so my second payout was put on hold until I acknowledged that behavior. My payout was not going to be denied but just put on hold until I acknowledged the prohibited trading practice of one sided betting. I acknowledged it via email & also asked for more explanation on that rule as if you were to look at my trading history you wouldn't classify it as someone trying to cheat the system by one sided betting. According to 5ers's own explanation I wasn't doing one sided betting. I asked for the issue of the payout & a cleare explanation of the rule. But I onl got the payout & not the clearer explanation of the rule. My trading history across both payouts goes somewhat like this. I executed a total of 8 positions out of which 6 were sells which were back to back & 2 were buy positions. This was across the span of a month & on 3 different instruments. I never took more than 2 trades in a single day thorughout the one month time span. & still I got accused of one sided betting. According to 5ers's FAQs, one sided betting concluded as taking trades in the same direction on a particular pair, but here I never repeated the same direction trade more than 3 times. across multiple days. & so this has me worried a little bit & I am yet to lock in a 3rd payout but I am now desperately on looking for buy position according to my strategy. Overall this firm is good & although the payouts have been slow lately. I still appreciate & give this firm a solid 4/5.
