The company has not processed my payout since April 9. The first payout attempt was simply canceled by the company without any email notification or proper explanation. The payout status disappeared and there was absolutely no communication from support until I contacted live chat myself. The second payout attempt turned into a very long and exhausting process. The company repeatedly requested payout details even though the information was already provided in the dashboard. Communication was extremely slow — every email response took around 2–3 wo...

The trading conditions and platform experience were generally good. The interface is clear, and live chat support agents were polite and responsive when contacted. The company is still communicating regarding the case, and there is ongoing feedback from support during the process.
The payout process has been extremely slow and inconsistent. My payout has been pending since April 9 with multiple delays, repeated “risk reviews”, and canceled payout attempts without clear explanations. Communication via email is slow, and updates often require multiple follow-ups through live chat. The lack of clear timelines and transparency around payouts has been the most frustrating part of the experience.
