Overall, The5ers offers a highly accurate and user-friendly experience regarding the dashboard, account login details, and trading history tracking. However, the candlestick chart movements are overly aggressive; I sometimes experienced slight slippage, which caused my account to breach the drawdown limit 🥲.

This was my first payout from The5ers and I was really impressed with how straightforward the whole process was. I requested the payout on Thursday evening and received it by Sunday morning. The process was easy to follow, the status updates were clear, and the payment arrived much faster than I expected. A very positive first payout experience!

As someone fairly new to the prop firm space, The5ers was my first account and I couldn't have asked for a better starting point. From the beginning, what stood out to me was the transparency - the offering is clearly laid out and you always know where you stand, which matters a lot when you're still learning the ropes. I went with the $10K High Stakes account and spent a couple of months steadily practicing and building my trading. At one point I ran into an issue where my account expired while I was tied up with some personal matters. I reached out to their support team explaining my situation, and they genuinely heard me out and reactivated my account. That kind of responsiveness - treating a newcomer's request seriously instead of hiding behind policy - earned my trust completely.

I am writing to formally dispute the sudden termination of my funded account and the denial of my requested payout. I requested a legitimate payout following my trading activity. Instead of processing the funds, thier team subjected me to a verification interview, which I fully cooperated with and attended in good faith. Following this interview, my payout was denied and my funded account was terminated under the claim of a rule breach, without providing explicit, objective data-driven evidence of a violation.Please note the following points regarding this dispute:Compliance with Trading Rules: My entire trading history adheres strictly to the risk parameters and guidelines outlined in your terms of service.Lack of Transparency: Terminating a funded account solely based on a subjective evaluation of a high-pressure interview—while ignoring objective, compliant historical trading data—violates standard industry practices.

I want to share my current experience with The5ers. I passed the $100K High Stakes 2-Step challenge, became funded, generated profits, and my account was later scaled to $125K. On August 6, I requested a $15,800 payout. My withdrawal was later placed on hold and I was invited to a Risk Management interview. I fully cooperated with the interview, answered questions about my trading strategy, risk management, leverage, lot size, spreads and High Stakes rules, and screen-shared my trading history. but at the end, they decided to terminate my account and contract.

recently passed The5ers' $25K challenge and just received my first payout. The whole experience was great from start to finish. The trading rules were clear with no hidden conditions, which made it easy to plan my approach. What stood out most was how fast the payout was. I requested it and had the money in my account within 24 hours. No delays and no need to chase support. For anyone thinking about joining a prop firm, this kind of clear communication and fast payout is exactly what you want, especially for a first payout when you are still building trust with a firm. I would recommend The5ers to other traders for sure!

I was trading just fine when I had a $5,000 account. But when I bought a $100,000 account, my trading started being disrupted. It happened twice already—profits were supposed to be taken (TP) but weren't, and I have proof. Then, when I reached step 2 on the $100,000 account, suddenly there was a notification claiming I used a different email to register. I asked for proof but they didn’t give any. Since I feel I didn’t do anything wrong, this is really strange. All these weird things started happening once I got the $100,000 account. I have proof about this weirdness. Then I had an account that was already funded with 5000, and suddenly it got banned without me doing anything wrong. I already sent them an email, but they ignored it. I want proof, not just assumptions, but they insist that I made a mistake just based on words without any evidence.

I had been trading with The5ers for more than a year and a half. During this period, I followed a very conservative trading approach and made every effort to comply strictly with the company's rules and policies. I did not risk more than 1% of the account capital on a trade, avoided entering trades during major news events, and defined my risk and target before entering each position. My approach was deliberately conservative and focused on controlled risk rather than excessive trading. I successfully made three consecutive withdrawals, totaling approximately 3% of the account capital. On the fourth occasion, I generated approximately another 0.8% in profit ($800) and requested the corresponding payout. Instead of processing the payout, The5ers suddenly closed my account. The explanation I received was that my methodology involved “too little trading and too much profit.” I found this extremely concerning because I had not changed my general trading methodology. I continued to follow the company's rules, maintained controlled risk, avoided major news events, and did not risk more than 1% of the account capital on a trade. I asked the company to explain clearly which specific rule I had violated and why the same trading approach that had previously been accepted, including during the three successful payouts, had suddenly become unacceptable. I also requested a telephone call and a video meeting so that I could explain my trading and understand the decision. However, I was told that no further details would be provided. The company had made its decision, closed my account, and ended the relationship. I was not given a meaningful opportunity to respond or challenge the decision. My concern is therefore not simply that my account was closed. My concern is that after three successful payouts, when I generated only approximately another 0.8% profit while continuing to trade conservatively and within the risk parameters I had been following from the beginning, my account was terminated because I was considered to be making “too much profit with too little trading.” I cannot claim that this is The5ers' general policy toward profitable traders. However, my experience has left me seriously concerned about whether a trader can continue receiving payouts when he becomes consistently profitable, even when he continues to follow the same rules and risk-management approach. I have documentation supporting the events described above.

Traded forex (XAU/USD, GBP/USD, EUR/USD) on The5ers using SMC-based strategy, passed the evaluation and got funded. Received a payout last year — process was smooth, no issues with withdrawal. Platform execution was reliable throughout, spreads and fills were consistent, no complaints there. Rules and account structure were clear from the start, nothing hidden. Eventually the account didn't survive long-term — oversized a position after a good run of setups and got stopped out, so that part is on my own risk management, not the firm. Overall solid experience — got funded, got paid, platform held up. Would recommend, just bring your own discipline on sizing.
