Once this limit is reached, you cannot continue trading for the rest of that trading day. The daily loss limit resets at 00:00 MT5 Server Time the next trading day. Hitting the daily drawdown limit does not close or terminate your account, but you must stop trading until the next day. Make sure to manage your risk carefully to avoid hitting this limit again. AND SO I BROIGHT ACCOUNT BECAUSE HE SAID RESET ON DAILY DRAWDOWN AND THEY BREACH MY ACCOUNT ON THE TRADE I TOOK LAST DAY HIT 2.9% AND NEXT DAY LOSE 0.1% TRADE CLOSE ACCOUNT BREACHED WHEN I CONTACTED THEN THEY SAID ACCOUNT HARD BREACH AND THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING ME FROM LAST WEEK, LIKE IGNORING YOUR CUSTOMER AND SINGLE RESPONSE THAT NO REACTIVE NO REFUND HARD BREACH GO AWAY ,I MEAN MAN MISGUIDED ME AND THEN THIS IS WRONG , IWANT REFUND OR REACTIVE MY ACCOUNT WITH RIGHT INFORMATION

I have been 3 years in trading. But i have move from others firm to the 5ers. When i do that i didn't expect anything like this. Customer support, risk issues, fast to give the funded account, almost 0 spread on EU and GU that prevent me from stopout 3-4 trades. All in all i won't regret by choosing this prop.

My experience with The5ers has been very positive. The trading environment is stable, execution is smooth, and the dashboard is easy to navigate. The rules are transparent, and I appreciate the firm's long-term approach to supporting disciplined traders. Overall, I have enjoyed trading with The5ers and would recommend it to serious traders.

I've had a great experience trading with The5ers so far. What impressed me the most is their transparency and trader-friendly environment. The rules are clear, there are no hidden surprises, and the dashboard is easy to use.

I've Passed the evaluation, then had to argue about a rule with no defined limit I completed the evaluation and was then told my account would not be enabled until I acknowledged their rules on "one-sided betting." My history contained trades in both directions. Their own written definition is "consistently taking positions in one single direction." When I asked what buy/sell ratio is actually considered compliant, and over what period it is measured, I was told there is no number or ratio and that reviews are case-by-case. This is the problem. A trader cannot comply with a rule that has no stated threshold. You are expected to guess, and the assessment is made after the fact, entirely at the firm's discretion. Even after I explained my reasoning, the response was that their risk team had "determined" the pattern was disproportionate — with no figure given to support it and no way for me to verify or contest it. The account was eventually activated, and support replied promptly. But the experience made clear how much of this depends on discretionary judgement rather than published criteria. If you trade here, read the Prohibited Trading Practices page carefully first. The clauses are broad, and they are applied.

🤬After failing multiple accounts i passed one and they asked me to do the kyc. I did the kyc but it failed without a reason. Then I reached out to their terrible support team. They wasted weeks and after begging to them for weeks they gave me a link to do the kyc again. I did it perfectly. It still failed and now the support team is neither responding to me they are so careless they do not care about their customers. The support team is so irresponsible they are not giving any reason for the rejection. Not compensating or refunding any money. They have clearly rejected. 🤬

The5ers' Senior Support Specialist (David) and the Risk Team thoroughly audited the server logs, acknowledged that the anomaly occurred on their end, and fully restored and compensated all three accounts. I am deeply impressed by The5ers' transparency, professional communication, and commitment to fair treatment for their traders. Knowing that a firm takes technical feedback seriously and acts with total integrity gives me immense confidence trading with them. Highly recommended!

The firm is good has good trading conditions good for all types of traders as they offer different challenges for scalpers and swing traders, would recommend it to anyone who wants fair trading conditions

I purchased a The5ers challenge account and successfully completed the evaluation. After passing, I received a funded live account. I completed the KYC and identity verification process successfully, and my account was approved as verified. I traded the funded account according to the rules and made a profit of $1,823. When I became eligible for a payout, I submitted my payout request. Instead of receiving my payout, I was asked to attend a verification interview. I attended the interview honestly, answered all questions to the best of my knowledge, and fully cooperated throughout the process. After waiting for the payout, I was informed that my account would be closed. Initially, I was told there were concerns regarding account ownership, even though my identity had already been verified and approved. Later, I received a different explanation related to my trading methodology and risk management. My payout was denied, my funded account was closed, and I was informed that the decision was final. I repeatedly offered to provide additional documents, attend another interview, or complete any further verification they required, but my requests were declined. From my personal experience, I felt disappointed because I believed I had fully cooperated with every stage of the verification process, yet I did not receive the opportunity to resolve the concerns or receive my pending payout.

I am the sole owner of this account, and I personally completed every trade without assistance from anyone. After I requested my payout, The5ers required an interview, which I attended. They then accused me of account ownership and integrity issues, but they have never provided any evidence to support those allegations. My payout was not paid, and my account was terminated based on claims that I firmly deny. In my view, the allegations were used as a reason to avoid paying my legitimate payout. I strongly warn other traders to be extremely cautious before purchasing an account from The5ers.
