They took off my profits the day I requested for payout, the reason behind is a bent rule of "my EA being used by multiple accounts" and they don't provide proof for it. They also go further asking for the source code of my EA. this raises alot of red flags, so beware, if this happens to you, be sure that you might expose your EA I had a 100k acc and denied payout of 3k+

The breach is unjustified, you can't claim a breach if you can't provide proof, and they couldn't provide proof since luckily I'm an EA developer and I developed my EA, Never sold it to anyone.

Dear Innocent, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We would like to clarify the concern related to your account. We understand that an account breach prior to a payout can be disappointing, and we regret that this has affected your experience with us. However, we would like to confirm that the breach on your account was triggered due to a Daily Loss Limit violation. This is an automated system-controlled safeguard and operates independently once the defined risk threshold is exceeded. When the equity or balance of an account surpasses the permitted drawdown limit at any point, the system instantly identifies the breach and triggers it automatically. As such, these actions are not manually initiated and cannot be overridden. Regarding the use of Expert Advisors, please note that it has been clearly stated under our Prohibited Trading Practices that use of a imilar EA which is being use by any other trader is strictly prohibited. The team has been actively communicating with you and has also requested for the Source code to be reviewed but it has not been received yet. The breach has nothing to do with the EA use in your account and was a result of the daily loss limit violation. All such rules, along with other trading guidelines, are clearly outlined on our website and are made available for traders to review prior to engaging in trading activities. Account outcomes based on these rules are final and cannot be reversed. We understand that this outcome may be disappointing, however the decision stands in accordance with the established trading rules. I bought a 5k account from them, and the experience has been highly frustrating. First of all, their system has major glitches trades take too long to execute, which messes up the entry prices. Before buying, the rules seemed simple and fewer, but right after the purchase, they started sending emails adding a bunch of new rules. Be careful before buying.

I am sharing my deeply frustrating, heartbreaking experience with Hola Prime to warn the global traders. This firm uses a poorly coded backend system and an unclear "Gambling Policy". The Incompetent Backend Bug That Terminated My Account Over the Weekend Right after the admin manually deducted my $7,496 profit, their automated Daily Loss Limit (DLL) bot triggered a Hard Breach and killed my account over the weekend while the market was closed! Following a detailed assessment of your funded account, our Risk Team identified a trading pattern consistent with gambling and speculative behaviour rather than a disciplined and repeatable trading approach. In this case, the account’s overall profitability was generated almost entirely from a single trade idea on XAUUSD and majority of the total profit was concentrated on these trades. Without this one position, the account performance would have been marginal or near breakeven. A sustainable trading approach is expected to demonstrate consistent and diversified performance across multiple independent trades, rather than relying on one exceptional market move to determine overall results. When account success is heavily dependent on a single outsized trade, it reflects a lack of repeatable edge and falls under speculative or gambling-style behaviour as defined in our risk framework. As this activity is classified under our prohibited trading practices related to gambling and speculative trading, the account was deemed to be in breach of our trading policy. However, as a goodwill measure, the account has been rebalanced to the initial balance, allowing continued participation under program guidelines. We understand this may not be the outcome you were expecting, however these rules are applied consistently across all traders to maintain fairness and the integrity of the program. all the processes are very fast... got the funded the same day I passed phase 2, payout received in 15/20m. Support is really helpful too. Everyone should try them. Just an advice to Hola since a lot of people are getting accounts rebalanced (I also had)... if you guys want to prevent big winning trades maybe add daily payout cap or consistency rule. I expect big things by them in the near future
