A hard breach was detected upon funded stage because I was not able to put SL when i exited the trade (Im used to monitor my trades & manually exit). They reached out proactively and unbreached my account given that I will follow the rules next time. Now tell me that's not client retention at its finest. Kudos to the team!

My account received a hard breach because of an accidental misclick while I was setting my Stop Loss and Take Profit immediately after opening a trade. The mistake was completely unintentional, and the position remained open for less than two minutes before I corrected it. We would like to clarify that the breach on your account was correctly triggered following a detailed risk assessment in line with our 2% Risk Rule. As per our review, positions identified under a single trade idea collectively exceeded the maximum allowable risk limit defined for your account. Under the 2% Risk Rule framework, the total risk exposure per trade idea must remain within the prescribed limit at all times. In this case, the aggregated exposure exceeded the permitted threshold, resulting in a breach. Please note that under our risk management framework, positions linked to the same trade idea are assessed collectively to ensure that total potential exposure remains within defined limits. This is a key requirement to maintain controlled and consistent risk across all accounts. Since the combined exposure exceeded the allowed limit, the system automatically registered this as a breach in accordance with the trading rules. We would also like to highlight that this assessment is based solely on objective risk calculations derived from execution data and is applied consistently across all accounts to ensure fair enforcement of our policies. Following this review, the decision remains final in accordance with our trading rules. One side betting, Profit too big
Resumen
1st payout was successful, then came the second payout, where they accused me of one-sided betting, whereas I only took 2 trades that day which is 1st Sell trade was a loss, and the 2nd trade was a winner, and the winner covered all the losses. They reset my profits to zero. Then I traded again and profited again, but they accused me again that my one trade was too big compared to my total profits. Then they deleted the biggest trade, which was only 2K, and they only paid me 700$. Then come the 3rd time, I didn't trade any Red Folder News that had a big impact, but before the news, they had already closed my accounts. FYI, I had 3 100K accounts with them. And they said they never declined a payout, but they will find a reason to reset your profit before your payout.
