Customer care is up and doing. They reply almost instantly both on discord and email. I had no issue with the trading conditions, it was excellent. The dashboard and UI isn't the mose friendly, you have to get used to it to use it effectively and properly. For payouts, I didn't make it to payout but I saw some reviews from people I know saying there's a slight delay in payouts; approximately 48hrs or more.

Unexpected Rule Changes and Errors Led to Multiple Rejected Payouts on My Funded Account I’ve been with InstantFunding since May 2024, and until recently in August 2025 I genuinely recommended them. The rules initially seemed fair and the pricing was competitive, but recent changes effectively reduced usable leverage to a fraction of what it was. While trading itself was enjoyable, the experience ultimately ended in a denied payout, which makes the whole process feel more like simulated participation than a real opportunity to earn.
The least favorable part was the retroactive rule implementation. A breach was applied based on a rule that did not exist in the contract or published trading guidelines at the time of signup, was never emailed, and was only enforced after the fact to deny a payout. This creates uncertainty for traders and makes it difficult to trust the stability or transparency of the platform.

Instant Funding Prop Firm is a really good firm. In terms of trading condition they are one of the best. In terms of pricing also doing great. They also got many Account types that enable traders to select the one suitable for them.
