Arthur was great to work with. He responded quickly, gave clear and detailed explanations, and was genuinely helpful throughout the process. Most importantly, he worked with me to find an amicable solution to my situation, which I really appreciated. I’d definitely encourage other traders to take the time to fully understand the rules and follow them closely so they can take full advantage of this great opportunity.

I liked the prop firm but they could improve certain services such as customer support, the waiting time to receive credentials, the waiting time for the account to be active after signing the contract.

Instantfunding denied my payout of 14000$, breached my account and blocked me from trading with them ever again. I traded with instantfunding for a couple of months got to payout, and my first payout got paid without any issues. when it was time for my second payout, they accused me for reversetrading another account, which is a breach of their rules. This is just to find any reason to deny my payout. The trades are not close to reversetrading.

My Disappointing Experience with Instant Funding I had a really poor experience with Instant Funding. From the start, I found their spreads and slippage extremely bad, especially during volatile market conditions. It was frustrating to see such poor execution quality, which made trading quite risky. Later on, they even disabled MT5, which was the platform I was comfortable with. This sudden change without proper communication was a big letdown for me. I was also given a $10K Step One account, which I was actively trading on. There was no rule breach at all, but they still closed my account, saying their system had an update and that it was just a “free account”. That felt very unprofessional and unfair. Overall, I did not like my experience with Instant Funding and I wouldn’t recommend it based on what I went through.

They have the worst customer conditions. They don't care about their customers and they don't even hide it. I experience a lot of slippage that cost me my account.

I bought $10 IF MICRO account with understanding o 1% drawdown rule per trade and understanding about 15% consistency rule, my account balance was $11777 i took a short trade only risked $100 which is not even a 1% of the balance technically i can risk $117 but it' my rule to only risk $100 per trade no matter high my balance went, The trade went against me and guess what price wend all higher and closed at $119 the they quickly send me an email to say i breached my account, i was surprised coz i, i do swing trade that means i could hold a position for more than 5 trading days. so when i got that email i froze and i was like, but that wasn't where i put my stop loss, i ignore it and i bought another $10k IF MICRO account i took a long trade and set my stoploss at $100 very calculated coz i use a lot size calculator to help me manage my risk properly my balance at that time was $10547. in the next 3hrs 30min My stop loss was hit and guess what, price closed at $119. can you see the pattern there. then i got an email that i breached my account. i investigate and to see went wrong only to find the pattern of them closing my position at $119 same as the previous. so i choose not to keep quite tis time and to speak it out, These people are fraud and people should not trust their service this is my third time having issue with this company. fist one was in 2024 when i just discover them, they denied my payout because they choose a name for me according to my email address and the was not my doc name i asked them to please change my name they said they cant, so the money was gone just like that, then i did better this time hoping things may be better only to loose 0ver $2000 in profits, trading is hard alredy but company like this make it even harder and delay traders success

Very poor customer support! Passed 100k 1-step (ctrader) on 24th Oct. Received funded account (ctrader) on read-only mode pending account review (which should be done in 24-48 hours). I am still awaiting a response on account review as of 1st Nov, (well over 7 days since passing and well over their supposed 48 hours quoted response time. I have sent 2x follow up emails after waiting 48hours after receiving no response. First was with Emma and then Kate. No update on my account review. Just pass the buck messages with no substance. Very disappointed! It should not take this long to review an account and takes crucial time away from traders to start trading and earning. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY FUTURE POTENTIAL TRADERS, BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE. I am still awaiting a response re: my account review as of 1st Nov. Let's see if they ever respond. In the meantime, I shall trade with other prop firms.

I’ve been trading with Instant Funding for around 10 months. I had some payouts denied for reasons I understood, and others were paid out without issues. They pay quickly, and their customer support is okay — not the best, but not the worst either. This review is based on my most recent funded account. After just two payouts, they limited my account to a 1% stop loss per trade. It’s already difficult to recover from a drawdown due to the consistency rule, and this restriction makes it nearly impossible to stay profitable. They charge $5 per lot per side, which means trading 10 lots on a $100,000 account results in a $100 round-trip commission. On top of that, the spreads are terrible — often between 15 to 20 points — so you start every trade already $200 in the negative. Overall, this creates a bad environment for traders who are actually making money. Once you show some success, they impose limitations that make long-term profitability extremely hard. I wouldn’t recommend this firm for serious trading.

Guys don't buy account here at least till they change the platform. They stop me out with 4 time more stop so they can breach me by dayli drawdown. Imagine your stop is hit and your position won't be close for 1.5 hours later. Basically you can't even be sure when you risk 1%.I did emailed them hoping they remove it and they say they won't because this is normal.
