The customer support is arguably the worst I've encountered. I sent over five emails, only to receive generic, copy-pasted responses. Shockingly, they even got my name wrong, despite it being clearly stated in every email. When pressed about the account retry policy, their response was an infuriating evasion: "we can only give retry if a senior says so and they can't reach out to seniors neither can you." This crucial caveat is nowhere mentioned in their FAQ or on their website, highlighting a deliberate concealment of vital information.

Spreads stayed tight during NY session, execution was stable even on phone, and there were no random spikes or tricks that usually kill accounts. I spent over $3,000 on two instant accounts, and my withdrawals have been denied three times, totaling over $6,000. They don't explain the rules clearly all at once, nor do they send email warnings. They don't explain the rules clearly all at once, nor do they send email warnings. They set traps and wait for you to fall into them. Even the slightest violation of a rule will wipe out all your profits. They're clearly trying to scam you out of your registration fee. This is a lesson I learned, and I'm sharing it with everyone.
