AND support take 24 hours to just response its easily take 4 to 5 days to resolve the issue i face issue with twice it take 4 days both time to solve , but in the end issue got resolved which is good but after long wait as trader it's frustrated to wait missed our trades setups .

instantfunding did a giveaway of free 5K one phase challenge, and after 3 weeks of stress I passed it, then they just simply said the we deliever 5200 funded account and we cannot and we will give a direct link to buy a funeded account which more expensive that just buying 5K one phase account at beging without giveaway ), after the review they reached to me on Augest 12 and say they will give me a 10K one phase instead of 5K funded, I replied that not fair and they stick to that account instead of 5K funded, and they give me 10K one phase on 25 augest ( after 2 weeks Insane) - I traded the account Today, and guess what happened? In the rollover, they increased the spread by 25 pips since it's a B-book environment, and all that to take me out with the Daily drawdown limit hit.

i bought my if micro 50k account on september 9th, i signed a contract with specific rules, i traded, i got my first payout, i have come to know as of yesterday that they changed the rules all of a sudden when im about to get my 2nd payout without prior notice, rules that we did not sign any contract for, u can only risk one percent per instrument now instead of 3, they increased the minimum % of withdrawal from 1.5% to 5% and they kept the 15% best day consistency rule which combined with all the rest makes it so hard to trade comfortably, as a trader and a uni student i aim for 2% per month max < 5% makes it so hard for traders to get a payout, and the 15% best day of total profits is complete nonsense at this point with all the other rules THAT WE DID NOT AGREE ON being added. add to that, their discord server support is not welcoming and when i asked people their to write a collective email asking for a refund, they banned me and they deleted my comments, this is very shaddy behavior and does plunge their credibility to below zero DONT BUY ACCOUNTS FROM THIS PROP FIRM as for me imma try to get my refund, or find a way to sue them if possible, ps: i have been working with the other firm for 2 years now and never once did they do me something this shaddy or disrecpectful as of banning me trying to shut me up because im asking for my rights and defending them. this is the worst prop firm experience ever

I have a 25K IF Macro(Instant funding)account which by the minimum profit target of 375 USD and the consistency of 15% you were eligible to ask for a payout.they have suddenly added a new rule that you have to achieve 5% of profit to be eligible to get a payout.it means instead of 375 USD I have to make at least 1250 USD to be eligible to ask for a payout on an Instant funsding account. having a consistency rule is understandable,but having a profit target for an instant funding is totally playing games with the traders.you buy Instant account to be able to withdraw whenever you want(by not breaching the rules).it is very disappointing!!!
